How I work
Coaching is not consulting and not therapy. I don’t tell you how to live. I help you see your life clearly and build one you don’t want to run away from.
What actually matters to you, once we remove what you were told should matter.

About
I honestly thought: that’s it, I’m there. I live the life I want and I’m walking towards new goals. I had never been so wrong.
I am Ukrainian. For years I did what I loved, earned well, travelled constantly and built a life other people called a dream. I didn’t notice I was living on short-term dopamine, achievements and “I have to”.
In early 2025 my weight hit a critical point and I finally admitted the cycle of an eating disorder. I went into seven months of individual coaching. The weight left last. What changed first was my state, then my income, then my sense of what I am for.
Today I do this work with others. I hold an international PCC certificate (Professional Certified Coach, Association of Professional Coaches) with more than 280 hours of coaching practice. I also founded SVOYA, a leadership summit for Ukrainian women abroad, because I believe we change faster in the right room.
What else I build
A leadership summit for Ukrainian women who run teams, budgets and companies abroad. One day, one deliberately small room, curated introductions. Miami in September 2027, Dubai in November 2027.
